VideoNot.es
I found out about VideoNot.es at this year's NCCE conference. It is an app that can be connected through one's Google Drive. Students can embed an online video using its URL. The screen is spilt into two panels. The video can be played and paused in the left panel. On the right, notes can be entered. A playing time is automatically entered next to each note in case the student wants to review the video. By clicking on the note, the video will jump back to that spot.
